I am hidey. I’m working up the courage to show the real me - maybe one day I will be brave enough to put a photo of myself on Substack! In the past I have gone too far out of my comfort zone though, and then regretted it. It’s hard to find a balance. Thanks for the reminder that it’s ok to play with those edges of window of tolerance to work out what feels good
